We took the Volcano night tour last week and LOVED it! We had a great time, and Dave, our guide, was great. Since we were all adults, weappreciated the laid back, educational tour with a little intelligent humor thrown in. We had been to the island before, but we saw so much it was like we'd never been before. We appreciated Dave's expansive knowledge and his wonderful attitude. I'd recommend to everyone!

I took your Hawaii Volcano Evening Tour on February 11, 2010, with John as our guide. And I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it was. It was my first time to Hawaii, so I was very curious about the
islands. Not only was John informative and knowledgable about the Big Island, but he was responsive to questions and so considerate as well.
We had 2 groups of Canadians on our tour bus who were less than courteous. And 3 young women, in particular, who were exceeding the tour times in each spot by about 15 minutes each. John was concerned enough about the rest of us to report that their behavior could prevent us from being able to view the active volcano viewing at the end of our tour. These girls went places we did not go because we were limited in time and wanted to see everything on the tour. And John's attempts to get them to come back within 15 to 30 minutes, was not successful. I was grateful to for helping make sure I got to see what I paid for. And the span of time for each tour and scope of the tour was just right.
Thank you for having such good staff on hand for us. It was a wonderful experience I will remember for many years.

I went down to the concierge and told them what a great time I had. The guide was good. I loved being able to swim in the black sand beach. Even though it was cold and a little bit rainy that day I still had so much fun. I loved all of the time that we got to spend at all of the different stops.

We thought that the tour that we took was absolutely wonderful. Our guide was really entertaining. It was excellent. We loved the length of time that we got to stop at all of the places. We always felt like we were there for the right amount of time, never too long or too short.

The guide was fantastic, knowledgeable and humorous. I loved that I was able to see so well from the bus. I have been on other tours and the windows on the busses were small and you couldn’t see from them at all. We learned so much from your tour.

The whole day was great and we were very pleased. I thought having a high energy guide was great first thing in the morning. Our guide made this tour the best tour that it could have been. We loved it.

I am a local from Hilo and wanted to take my friends from the mainland on a trip. Found this brochure and called these guys up and I was picked up right here in Hilo. Our guide John was awsome. my friends all loved him and he had tons of information that I did not even know. He made their stay here on the Big Island with me memorable. Big Mahalo to John.

I loved that our tour group was a smaller, more comfortable group. I thought John was great. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I am perfectly happy and glad that I went. I was able to see everything that I wanted to see.

We stayed on Kauai but we wanted to see the volcano, so we took this tour! Our guide was very knowledgable and funny, and the island was so beautiful!

This is the most informational tour that I have ever taken. Our guide was excellent. We loved his knowledge and his appreciation of questions. We got to go to a great place for lunch. Everyone on the trip got along great and had a great sense of humor.

Our guide was a great speaker. He was well informed on all aspects of Hawaii. He was a really nice person and he made the tour so much better. I would change absolutely nothing about this tour. I think that it is perfect the way that it is.
